  • Seatbelts are mandatory for drivers and passengers.
  • Has one of the lowest crime rates in the world.
  • Has a low level of crime.
  • A $1,300NOK fine is imposed for use of a hand-held cell phone while driving.
  • Mountain roads tend to be narrow, tunnels, and winding.
  • You must be north of the Arctic Circle for the sun at midnight.
  • Roadway cameras enforce speed limits.
